Do you do all of the work or do you actually just have a close relationship with other companies you always work with?

Great question! Cipriano Landscape Design and Cipriano Pools are in fact run and operated by Chris Cipriano. We employ expert horticultural experts, pool technicians, a Licensed Landscape Architect W. Moore AS00823, master stone masons, qualified maintenance workers etc. So to answer your question we do ALL of the work ourselves. From designing the pool, lighting, landscaping, planting and masonry to actually constructing the pool, building the outdoor grills, laying and cutting the stone, planting large trees and installing any water features or other landscape work we actually perform the operations ourself. None of the major aspects of your projects will be subcontracted out to another company so when we say you are dealing with us you really are dealing with us all the time.

My town has strict rules regarding impervious ground coverage. Is that something you can work with?

Every town has different codes and every property has its own structure we have to work with. Designs can usually be manipulated to work with the zoning ordinances of your town. In a case where there is nothing we can do about it then we can always go before the municipal board of your town to discuss what we can do to create the dream property you want while working within special guidelines they may set forth. We have established relationships within towns and our on staff License Landscape Architect Bill Moore has years of experience presenting unique situations to town officials. We are confident that we can work with you to achieve your personal outdoor paradise even with the strictist of regulations.

I noticed you have won a lot of awards. How did you go about getting those?

To be considered for the awards we have won you must meet strict sets of guidlines in order to qualify for certain catagories. We have been lucky to have a great team of professionals that work their hardest and continue to create a superb level of quality that our customers enjoy year after year.

I noticed you are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. How important is something like that?

Having the right licenses, certifications and credits from professional organizations is one of the many ways we can show our perspective customers how important our dedication to their project, our work and the level of expertise we wish present throughout our companies. When looking for the right company to build your landscape it is important to look into what qualifications they have and to make sure they have a good track record.
